At CasinoJoy, we offer players residing in Norway, Finland, Sweden or Denmark the opportunity to deposit and withdraw funds in their local currency from their bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

How we help you

We have bank accounts with Swedish bank SEB in each Scandinavian country to facilitate player deposits and withdrawals in Euros (EUR, for Finnish players), Danish Krone (DKK), Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and Swedish Krona (SEK).

EFT will benefit you by leveraging your local bank clearing system and allowing as early as same day or next day clearance of funds where appropriate. With EFT, you will also receive a cost benefit by not incurring the bank charges you would have otherwise incurred with international wires and banker’s drafts.

Getting started

To register, you are required to send your bank details, matching bank statement and government-issued ID for verification purposes (if not provided in the past as part of another verification). These details can either be sent by fax or scanned and provided by e-mail so as not to delay the registration process.

We will confirm receipt of documentation, and will consequently send e-mails with the status of your application.

If you are approved, all current linked ECash accounts (same name and address) will be updated with the approved comment.

Additional information

  • Please not that you are expected to advise ECash Direct of any new registered accounts or if the bank details change.
  • Funds will be converted from / to the ECash account currency based on SEB’s published rates.
  • When depositing money into the account, you must include your User ID in the reference field of the deposit for Ecash Direct to credit the account.
  • Failure to reference your User ID will result in rejection of the wire transfer deposit.

How can I register to make payments in my local currency?

To register, send an e-mail to NordicEFT@ecashdirect.co.uk with your bank details, matching bank statement and government-issued ID for verification purposes. Alternatively, you can fax the information to +357-22-353-193 referencing your ECash Account number. Your ID is only required if your information has not been verified in the past. These details can be scanned and provided by e-mail so as not to delay the registration process.

What happens after I send my documents?

ECash Direct will review your documentation once it has been received. ECash Direct will send you an email to confirm receipt of your documentation, as well as additional e-mails updating you on the application status.

What exchange rate is used for these transactions?

The exchange rates are publicly available through the SEB website. The exchange rates used are the ones prevailing on the day a particular transaction (deposit or withdrawal) is processed by ECash Direct.

Which currencies do you support?

We support deposits and withdrawals in Euros (EUR), Danish Krone (DKK), Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and Swedish Krona (SEK).

Does my bank account have to be with SEB?

No. Your bank account is not required to be with SEB. However, if your bank account is with SEB, same day processing of transactions is possible (depending on bank’s cutoff times) since the process is considered an internal wire transfer rather than an interbank transfer.

How will withdrawals from my ECash account show in my bank statement?

Withdrawals will appear on your bank statements as payments from ECash Direct.

What are the processing times for deposits and withdrawals?

Deposits and withdrawals from registered players are being processed 5 times a day on average. Withdrawals sent to your bank account will clear within 2 working days depending on your bank’s clearing times.
