Terms & Conditions – Welcome Bonus

  • Players are eligible for a maximum of 1 CasinoJoy bonus per month unless otherwise notified.
  • Promotional dates: Players must claim this bonus before May 31st 2012 and have until May 31st 2012 to meet any wagering requirements.
  • Player must deposit between € 10 and € 200 to receive a 100% match from CasinoJoy.com.
  • The required bonus code must be entered and APPLY BONUS CODE pressed to deem the player eligible for the promotion.
  • The maximum cash amount a player will receive for this promotion will be € 200.
  • You are required to wager your bonus credits 60 times before you may withdraw your initial deposit or winnings.

  • The Service Providers reserve the right to ban any player from its casino and remove bonus monies and/or winnings associated with the bonus monies without notice if a player displays any behaviour that the Service Providers deem in their sole discretion to be an abuse of bonus monies or a breach of these terms and conditions. Bonus abuse may include, but is not limited to, claiming multiple bonuses in a month, a player wagering the bonus money on excluded games such as ‘Craps’ and/or where bets are made with the primary intention of making substantial gains solely from the bonus money provided by any of the Service Providers (as opposed to use of the bonus monies in conjunction with funds deposited by the players themselves).
  • CasinoJoy reserves the right to ban players from the casino and remove bonus money and winnings without notice if a player displays any behavior that is deemed an abuse of bonus money.
  • In the interests of fair gaming, players may not place individual bets equal to or in excess of 10% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. For clarity, an individual bet relates to the total amount wagered on one spin of the roulette wheel, one dealer’s dealt game in table games or blackjack (double up in any individual hand is permitted), one deal of the cards in video poker (no matter how many hands are chosen to play with). Individual bet also relates to the total amount risked on any round played within both the bonus feature offered in bonus video poker, including winnings brought forward from subsequent rounds, and also any and all bets using the video poker double up feature or one spin of slots. CasinoJoy reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money and winnings without notice and lock all accounts of players found abusing this rule.
